Adult Classes

Workout as part of a team - it's motivating, energising and you make some great friends!

        

Below are the classes which are held at The Fitness Factory. There is no membership or joining fee at The Fitness Factory, classes are just £3.50 each.


You need to book for the classes marked with a * and a cancellation fee also applies to booked classes. Please ask for more information.


Monday

10 - 10.45am= Yummy Mummy BOOT CAMP - Lose your baby belly, get fit and have fun! Babies in car seats welcome & playpen available for toddlers.

11 - 11.45am = Zumba Gold* - The Zumba programme specifically designed for those new to exercise and the older adult.

6.30 - 7.15pm = Zumba* - Come and join the Zumba party!
6.45 - 7.15pm =
Studio Cycling* - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.
7.15 - 8.00pm = Body Conditioning - Shape up, tone and improve your fitness. All in just 45 minutes.

Tuesday
5.30 - 6.00pm =
Abs Attack - A 30 minute Abs blast, using lots of different equipment!
6.00 - 6.45pm =
BOOT CAMP - Lose body fat - it's a guarantee! Be prepared to sweat though!
6.45 - 7.30pm =
Freestyle Fitness Yoga - Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility

Wednesday
9.15 - 10.15am =
Zumba Toning* - Combining targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.
5.45 - 6.30pm
= Power Strength* - A 45 minute workout using weights and bars to work every muscle group.
6.30 - 7.15pm =
Zumba* - Come and join the Zumba party!
7.15 - 7.45pm =
Studio Cycling* - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.


Thursday

10.45 - 11.45am = Lite N Easy - Specifically deisgned for the older adult and those new to exercise.

No floor work involved.

5.45 - 6.15pm = BOOT CAMP - Lose body fat - it's a guarantee! Be prepared to sweat though!
6.15 - 7pm =

7 – 7.45pm= Fitness Pilates for Men - A dynamic and athletic class that will improve core strength, agility and flexibility. Ideal for sports players.


Friday

10 - 10.45am = Zumba* - Ditch the workout and join the party!

11 - 11.45am = Zumba Gold* - The Zumba programme specifically designed for those new to exercise and the older adult.

6.00 - 6.45pm = Bounce & Burn* - A brilliant 45 minute class using fit balls. A great all over body workout.


Saturday
9.45 - 10.30am =
Power Strength* - A 45 minute workout using weights and bars to work every muscle group.
10.30 - 11am = Studio Cycling* - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.

11 - 11.30am = Fitness Pilates for Women - A 30 minute express pilates workout to tone, lengthen and tighten.

Sunday
