Take your pick from - Cheerleading, Hula Hoop, Street Dance, Pop Fitness, themes such as High School Musical, James Bond, Mamma Mia, Fame, Hannah Montana and Camp Rock! Sessions can comprise of just one activity or a mixture!
Suitable for children aged 5+
Sessions start from just £50 per hour.
Venue at The Fitness Factory also available to hire or I can travel to other venue.

Adult's Birthday/Hen Parties
Birthday and hen parties also catered for. Come and have fun and learn a dance routine to your favourite song, have some nibbles, a few drinks and then a dance afterwards!
Themes include - Fame, Mamma Mia, Grease, Burlesque, Rocky Horror Show, Dirty Dancing and many more!
Prices start from £10 per person, minimum of 10 people. The Fitness Factory venue is used for the dance session unless you prefer otherwise.
