                                              Running for Softies

Running for Softies is a 6 week running course with the objective of reaching a 5k (3 mile standard)

It is ideal training for individuals wanting to get into running or aiming to complete a Race for Life event.

Running for Softies teaches you -

* Safe running technique (foot stride / upper body positionig etc)

* How to breathe properly whilst running

* Gives you the confidence and ability to go out running by yourself

* You are constantly motivated and pushed to your limits

* You are given core strength exercises, healthy eating tips and advice.

Running for Softies is on Tuesdays at 7pm, meeting on The Fitness Factory car park.

Booking is required and the 6 week course is priced at £30, which is payable in advance.

                                           Running for Softies Plus

Running for Softies Plus is a group following on from the Tuesday night session which covers distances of 3 miles plus. It is a mixed ability group that aims to have fun whilst running and working hard. We also aim to complete numerous races within the West Midlands throughout the year.

Meeting every Tuesday at 7pm on The Fitness Factory car park.
